Riding Academy
All you need are long pants and boots and we'll supply the rest!
Bay Area Equestrian Center offers a full-service, well rounded riding academy. We offer classes in various styles and abilities of riding. With a combination of both individual and group instruction, we can customize a program that fits you and your family. From the very beginner who has never ridden, to the national caliber show rider, we can help you achieve your goals. Our lesson horses are trustworthy and reliable to help build self-esteem and confidence in our riders.
Group Classes
One hour, once a week.
(Monthly Rate) - $150.00
(Family or multiple ride per week) - $130.00
Private Lessons
One on one instruction - 30 minutes.
(30 Minutes) - $40.00
All lessons (private and group) are to be paid on a monthly basis by the first lesson of the month. Group lessons will be paid on a 4 week per month basis (same price whether 4 or 5 weeks in a month). Private lessons will be paid on actual lessons per month.
Make-Up Policy
Students are allowed to make up one lesson per month. The lesson must be made up that month or it will be forfeited. It must be understood that the monthly group rate entitles the student to join a class that meets at a specific time once a week. It does not reflect a specific number of lessons.
CAMPS AND CLINICS
In addition to riding lessons, we also offer summer horse camps, holiday camps, and horse show clinics throughout the year. These are 4-day intensive sessions where we mix riding with other horse-related educational activities and LOTS of FUN! We play horse games, watch demonstrations from various horse professionals, visit the veterinarian, observe the farrier and have Q & A, go on trail rides, and much more. From beginner to advanced, this curriculum is designed to enhance all students desire to learn more about horses.
